What my job at Meridian Property Management entails and how I contribute to the overall Meridian experience…
My position with Meridian encompasses all the multifamily leasing. I have had the amazing opportunity to be apart of the opening of our new student housing property, Tiger Estates, which has been such an exciting and dynamic experience for me, and the company. I love to provide positive experiences when someone is interested in talking about and viewing our apartments or our student housing property! This is more than a job for me, it is an opportunity to provide a great home that our residents will enjoy for years to come!

I have been a resident of Memphis for 13 years and counting!
This is what I do for fun in Memphis…
Since we are currently living in such unique times, I have found new interests in bike riding through Overton Park and Shelby Farms, watching live stream music with my besties from home, and trying new food from the many local restaurants we have.
Here are my favorite, must-try restaurants in the area…
One of my favorite places to eat is Kwik Chek on Madison – they have great Korean food and subs. Little Italy on Union Ave definitely has the best pizza I have ever had. Mexican food is my favorite and my go-to is Los Comales!
I think Memphis is a great place to live because…
Memphis has a cultural vibrancy that I have never experienced anywhere else. From the music, to the patio culture, to the beautiful greenery and Mississippi River this city has so much to offer! Memphians love their city and are proud to be apart of it and that makes me proud to be apart of this city.
What I love most about Memphis is…
Its aptitude for growth and the unique strong communal bond between its inhabitants. I have met the most amazing friends here from all walks of life.
What I think makes Meridian Property Management unique…
Next March 2021 will mark 5 years for me with Meridian. Over the years I have learned so much about this industry and my place in it and that is largely in thanks to the care and guidance I have received from my peers with Meridian. I see that Meridian genuinely cares about tenants and doing what is best for them with the utmost respect. We pay attention to detail and strive to never miss a beat. From leasing to property management and to maintenance, I have full confidence in our team!

In 2016 I graduated from the University of Memphis with a BFA in Theatre Performance. When I am not working in leasing, you will usually find me working in a theatrical production amongst some of the many amazing community theatre companies in Memphis. I love the hard work, dedication, and creativity that both my career and avocation call for!
Tiger Estates Move-In Day is Drawing Near!
Currently, I am leading the big Tiger Estates student move-in day! Tiger Estates by Meridian is dedicated to student housing in Memphis.
For most families and students, the move-in day will be their first time being on the property and we are so thrilled for them to see how much hard work and detail was put into their new homes. We want to make sure their first day at Tiger Estates is exciting and memorable as they begin their journey into their college career. We will provide cold water throughout the day and a Memphis favorite ice cream truck called “MemPops” will be there between 1 pm and 2 pm to provide refreshing complimentary popsicles to our new residents!
We want to ensure that each resident is moving in as safely as possible. We will require masks during the move-in process and that there are not more than 10 people in the homes at a time which we will accomplish by having staggered move-in timeframes. The individual nature of these rooms by having their own bedroom, bathroom, and ventilation system has made it easier now more than ever to create a safer cleanlier space.
We look forward to meeting and serving the needs of our very first community on this unique and innovative property!
